POST GRADUATE TRAINEE – DIGITAL MARKETING

Job Description Impala Car Rental is inviting applications from suitably qualified, energetic and highly creative individuals for a 2-Year Graduate Traineeship Programme in Digital Marketing. Graduate Traineeship Programme The Graduate Traineeship Programme is designed to provide practical exposure, mentorship, professional development and hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, content creation, online sales and customer engagement. Duties and Responsibilities • Create engaging digital content including graphics, posters, flyers, reels and videos. • Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms. • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversions. • Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. • Create and optimize content for websites, blogs and email marketing campaigns. • Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytics reports. • Conduct competitor analysis and market research. • Support online lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives. • Develop innovative digital marketing ideas and campaigns. Qualifications and Experience • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, Business Management or a related field. • Relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage. • Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation or online sales. • Demonstrated ability to convert online leads into customers. • Knowledge of SEO, Google ads, Google Analytics, social media management, AI tools and digital advertising platforms. • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing applications. • Applicants must be 30 years of age or below How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their application letter, detailed CV and copies of qualifications to recruitment@impala.co.zw.
