Jointed Hands Welfare Organisation (JHWO) is a local NGO working towards a harm-free and disease-free society. The organisation operates nationally under five strategic pillars: Health, Social Development, Resilience Strengthening, Disaster Risk Management, and Strategic Information & Knowledge Management.
Under its Health Pillar, JHWO is implementing the Hope for Lungs Project, which focuses on improving access to early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer, reducing incidence, and improving patient outcomes and quality of life.

Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinating routine data collection, verification, reporting, indicator tracking, data quality assurance, supportive supervision, and performance monitoring activities as per the project’s M&E framework. The incumbent will work closely with the project & research teams, patient navigators-research assistants to ensure compliance with established M&E standards, reporting requirements and data quality protocols. The role will further support operational research activities, surveys, learning initiatives, and the utilization of programme data to strengthen programme performance and accountability.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Public Health, Information Technology, Bachelor of Statistics, or any other relevant subject; minimum 3-5 years of NGO experience in M&E. Excellent computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience in preparing and Translating Questionnaires, Data Collection, and Data sorting; skills in Data Analysis and Data Visualization. Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, STATA, R, or similar). Strong ICT skills, including database management and MIS software. Ability to design and implement qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques; designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation plans; data analysis (SPSS, Epi Info, GIS, Excel, Tableau, Power BI); documentation and knowledge management
